ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services are owned exclusively by Ohmyspins Casino. You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright notice, trademark symbol, logo, watermark, or other designation indicating ownership that is part of the Service's interface.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ohmyspins Casino be liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from your use of the Services under this Agreement.
TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Ohmyspins Casino may terminate or suspend User's access to the Services at its discretion, with or without notice, and may prohibit use in certain circumstances such as violation of these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ohmyspins Casino is registered or incorporated without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
Ohmyspins Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, suspend, remove from availability, discontinue or make available for download upgrades and updates to the Services. Any new or modified terms will be considered effective upon publication on this website.
